My name is Heloise Laight.

Back in 1992 I started out as a marketing assistant for an international financial publisher. I eventually became Marketing Director and then Head of Publishing in the London office.

It was a good job. I got to travel to the head office in the USA, hire great people and create new products and services.  I even met my future husband Nick who was also in the business, working as a copywriter.

I’ll be honest, for a while I was in despair.  I was so worried about our future!

That was when I started publishing information and advice from home.
